Andrew provides a mix of exercises to build your strength and stability. He tailors the exercises to ensure you have just enough challenge to keep improving, and plenty of variety to keep things fun and engaging.
Over the years, Andrew has developed a unique training style which combines all the best things he has learnt from instructor courses, his own self development, and helping people recover their fitness.
Strength and Conditioning is adapted for all age-groups, making sure the classes are inclusive and all participants feel welcome.
Andrew Hamilton is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Andrew's passion lies within health and fitness.

Participants can expect exercises catered to their own skill-level, Andrew continually adapts his classes through feedback from the class.
As per Yoga; Single class passes ($25) or 10 class packs ($200) are available to purchase at reception.
